The International CATV Technology Conference (ICTC) endorsed by the State Administration of Radio, Film and TV (SARFT), has been held annually since 1992.It is considered the most influential conference on Cable TV in China. ICTC is the link between China and the World, where the industry top management & engineers meet together.
