Our company was founded and organized by Zhejiang BC & TV Research Institution, Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Joint-stock Co., Ltd. and total 7 companies with a registration fund of USD4, 800,000 on May 18th 1999 and was chosen as the reform demonstration base authorized by Zhejiang provincial government.

We boast a regular staff of 120 members, among whom more than 80 graduated from junior colleges and universities majored in Radio & TV technology, wireless technology, electron engineering, communication engineering, computer applications, finance management and electromechanics with one professor-level senior engineer, 15 senior professional title holders and 40 medium-grade professional title holders. Since 2000, Our self-development products had twice won the third prize of science and technology innovation that held by The State Administration of Radio Film and Television, respectively won the first prize 6 times, the second prize twice and the third prize 6 times of science and technology innovation that awarded by Radio & TV Bureau of Zhejiang Province. Our 7 software had gained the computer copyright register certificate of National Copyright Administration of The P.R.C. Our technicians have totally published 54 science and technology dissertations in which one has been awarded as the second prize of The First Youth Excellent Dissertation Competition of national Radio & TV system, and respectively 5 won the first, 3 won the second and 3 won the third class of Radio & TV Bureau of Zhejiang Province. In addition, our 84-channel signal generator, 98-channel signal generator and QAM modulator were chosen as the National New &Key Product.
